Howze-Edge LLC ("Howze-Edge," "I," "me") runs howze-edge.com. This page explains what information the site collects and what happens to it. The short version: the site only collects what you choose to send, and none of it is sold.
What's collected
- What you send through the contact form: your name, email, organization, the kind of help you're looking for, the project stage you picked on the homepage (if any), and your message.
- Emails you send to robert@howze-edge.com.
- Basic technical data: like any website, the servers that deliver these pages see your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. This is used to deliver and secure the site.
The site doesn't use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics, and it doesn't build a profile of you.
How it's used
Only to reply to you, discuss a potential project, and keep a record of that conversation. You won't be added to a mailing list.
Who else handles it
- Netlify hosts the site and receives contact form submissions (Netlify's privacy policy).
- Google serves the site's typeface through Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google (Google's privacy policy). Email to robert@howze-edge.com is handled by Google Workspace.
Information is never sold or shared for marketing. It may be disclosed if required by law.
How long it's kept
Messages are kept as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records, then deleted. You can ask for deletion at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you've sent. Email robert@howze-edge.com and you'll hear back within two business days.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and professionals and isn't directed to children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top will change with it.
