Accessibility statement

Last updated October 12, 2026

Accessibility is part of what Howze-Edge offers clients, so it should be part of this site too. Everyone should be able to read, navigate, and get in touch here, whatever device, browser, or assistive technology they use.

The standard

This site aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. It has not been independently audited, and it is reviewed and improved as new pages are added.

What's in place

  • Semantic HTML, with one main heading per page, landmarks, and a "Skip to content" link
  • Full keyboard support, including the work filters and the project slider, with visible focus outlines
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images, and decorative images hidden from screen readers
  • Color pairs chosen for contrast, in both light and dark mode, and no information carried by color alone
  • Animations that pause or simplify when your device asks for reduced motion
  • Layouts that reflow on small screens and hold up when zoomed to 200%
  • Form fields with visible labels, and charts that are also available as text

Known limitations

  • Some case study images are screenshots of product interfaces. Their small text isn't readable at every size, though each image has a description and the surrounding text covers the key points.
  • The short product demo video on the Reputation case study has no audio and no captions; its alt text describes what it shows.
